Paris Photo at the Grand Palais Éphémère

Paris Photo is an annual fair celebrating their 25th anniversary this year. Their mission is to share a comprehensive overview of international photography. The fair will feature 149 galleries from 29 countries and 31 publishers. Spanish actress Rossy de Palma is the event’s guest of honor, having chosen 25 of her favorite photographs to be displayed. Reduced tickets from €15.

Fussli, The Realm of Dreams and the Fantastic at Musée Jacquemart-André

Henry Füssli was a Swiss-born British painter, now well-known for his paintings dealing with supernatural and gothic matters. The son of an art historian and painter, and trained as a priest, Füssli began his career in London, before traveling extensively in Italy, where he was inspired by the great works of Michelangelo. Reduced tickets from €9.50.

Christian Marclay at the Pompidou Center

Christian Marclay is a multimedia artist, exploring connections between sound, noise, photography, video and film. The Pompidou is hosting the first major exhibition of the artist’s work since 2007. Reduced tickets start from €14.

Piero Heliczer and the Paris Filmmakers Cooperative: All Hallows Show

Part of the Pompidou’s Film 2022 series, the museum is organizing a screening of various underground films as well as hosting a discussion surrounding Piero Heliczer - poet, editor, filmmaker, heir to the Beat Generation, and figure of American counter-culture. Free entry, limited seats available.

“Hedy Lamarr: The Ecstasy Girl” at the Cinematheque Française

A retrospective of Hedy Lamarr’s illustrious career is happening at the Cinematheque in Bercy. The Austrian-born actress began her career at a small Viennese film studio before beginning her career in Hollywood with MGM. Watch films such as the glamorous Ziegfeld Follies (1941), the romantic Come Live With Me (1941), and the once-controversial and provocative Ecstasy, and much more.

The Friends Experience

Get to experience the world of 90s sitcom Friends in Paris starting this November. A large selection of costumes and props will be available to view, as well as the opportunity for photo ops on recreations of the most recognizable sets from the show. Tickets required.
