Barbara Hammer at the Cinémathèque Française

A collection of films by lesbian filmmaker Barbara Hammer will be screened at the Cinémathèque Française as a part of their “L’Images des Plaisirs, Sexpérimentaux” series. Catch short films X (1973), Menses (1974), Dyketactics (1973), Multiple Orgasm (1976) and most importantly, the director’s groundbreaking documentary on LGBT history, Nitrate Kisses (1992). Reduced tickets from €4.

Norman Foster at the Centre Pompidou

Norman Foster is a British architect, known for London’s The Gherkin, New York’s Hearst Tower, and Cupertino’s Apple Park, among many architectural projects. The Pompidou is hosting an exhibition on the architect, featuring drawings, sketchbooks, and large scale models. Reduced tickets from €14.

Roxane Peyronnenc is a photographer, artistic director, film director, and DJ. Her photography focuses on the rap scene in Paris, and this event titled “L’oeil féminin sur le milieu du rap” will feature an exhibition of her work, a DJ set, and performances by various artists. Josh Sperling: Head Over Heels at Perrotin Gallery

French artist Gaia Orion will be presenting 30 of her works at a solo show called “Awakening Landscapes” at Espace Saint Martin in the 3rd arrondissement. “The Integral Art Lab (IAL) is a practical exercise that invites to a dynamic process in which we gain a deeper understanding of the artist's intention with the title of the exhibition and the messages of the individual paintings through elements of meditation/contemplation, dialogue/transparent communication, aesthetic experience/journaling, sharing/listening.
